i read it in a newspaper last week,
apparently,bacon speeds up the metabolism,
and the body is able to get rid of the alcohol in the blood,
more quickly.

i thought you had prawns in paella.

All manner of seafood, Eric, whole prawns, bit of chicken, some diced fish (hake or cod) it's a pretty big undertaking depending on what you want out of it.
