goes without saying,
for ALL of us.

Tell you what though,
we used to marvel at the stories about asians,
getting by on a bowl of rice once or twice a week.
yeah why not?

i feel fit and healthy right now.

whether or not my body could get by on just 2 or 3 meals a week over time,
well,
who knows?

with the right kinds of food,
and a little fruit maybe,
we might be a lot healthier,
and live a bit longer.

food for thought eh?
