Pleasure overload here
Just pan fried some mussels in olive oil, garlic, parsley and lemon juice....the taste is unbelievable!!

I use the Morrisons frozen pack of mussels...you can fry them from frozen...only a quid.
I use frozen chopped garlic and dried parsley from the jar....a tablespoon of olive oil...all done in 3 minutes flat.

They look awful, but I suppose , because the seafood men always used to bring them to pubs to sell, it never really crossed my mind.
Cockles with vinegar and pepper always used to go great with lots of lager.
Never see the seafood men any more.

Might have a stout in a minute - fancied a chocolate/coffee ale early in the wekend so got a tried and tested and two not-so-muchers.
