she walks past my stop,
looking so;
world-weary,
weather-beaten,

non-descript.
anonymous,
invisible almost.

i see/notice things like that.
people like her.
life's irrelevances,
the unseen urchins of this world.

i wish i didn't,
but i do.

anyway!
this morning.

she marched by my stop,
unwavering in her uncomfortable looking gait.
looking straight ahead.
perhaps it's that weird old bugger at the bus-stop.
maybe he makes her nervous.
i hope not.

( btw,we're not speaking right now..we were yesterday,but not to day )

her face looked puffy,
like she'd been crying.

i don't have the range (or would that be depth) of vocabulary,
to present a grey enough description of her,
but when she smiles,
(maybe she's not smiling.maybe she's laughing at me )
