Bit pissed off about BBC , I downloaded radio 5 daily phone in pod cast every weekday for about the last 2 years , was exactly the right length for the walk, then last week , it just got stopped, no announcement , fuck all.

Now I am reduced to Richard fucking Bacon or womans hour out side of the once a week random ones

kit, it sucks when things like that happen, though a change of routine is always good

my PC is doing my head in, having issues and taking forever to open excel and word. frustrating!

thinking of lunch already and just had breakfast!!

listenting to an old oasis album. I love my itouch, best thing ever, not sure I would get through a work day without it as then I wouldhave to listen to meaningless office talk....
