Spanish chicken stock

The supermarkets here sell cartons of ready made chicken stock, not poxy cubes like we have in Britain and tonight, I threw 6 various bits of chicken in a big casserole dish, threw in chopped celery, chopped onions, a chopped red pepper, chopped carrots, 4 cloves of garlic plus a carton of said stock. Added salt, pepper and a dash of worcestershire sauce then threw it in the oven on gas mark 6 for two hours.
IT WAS TRULY WONDERFUL.

You could eat hummus off seasoned cardboard, people would just say "that celery's lost a bit of bite, hasn't it?"

Excellent diuretic and can help with prostrate troubles, like mine raw and crunchy out of the crisper dipped in hummus with a dash of chili and lemon
