black fried eggs,and my back..............

i'm partial to a fried sausage or two right now,
often have them in my pack-up.
and eggs,
fried eggs.
the fat in the frying pan started out as lard about,
oh,
i don't know,
a fortnight ago maybe?
i have fried 3/4 packs of sausages in it.
8/9 eggs maybe.
there's a layer of brown slime on the surface of the pan,
and i've just eaten a black fried egg.
well,to say it was black would be stretching it a bit.
but it certainly wasn't white.
and my back;
i'm struggling to put my socks on.
probably because i'm spending so much time ON my back right now.
whenever i get off of the treadmill everything seizes up.
i bought some 500ml. paracetamol capsules from morrison's yesters.
giving them a try so i shall have to leave the cheap pop alone today.
i'd go back to bed but my glucosmine tablets ought to get here today.
life eh?

Paracetamol are ok with pop mate.

As for eggs....poaching is best.

Yes, they will work.
I often mix the two.
