any computer experts on here?

i'm having problems with my laptop,
and i think it's lardboy with his wi-fi.

i haven't got wireless,
can my connection be hijacked by him with that shit?
i've done avg scan and got the all clear,
done system restore also.

If you haven't got wireless then the only way you connect is via a cable and lardboy can't do that without you noticing.

If you can read this your connection is fine, in the bottom right hand corner of your screen you should see 2 little monitors with a blue globe on them, that tells you you're connected, when the blue globe disappears, your connection is gone.

They can come and go, I'm with vriginmedia and it fails occasionally, if you're not cabled you'll be getting it through a phone line and modem I guess.

my broadband certainly isn't the best in the world,
but,,,,,,,,
it could be my laptop,
i got this sneaking feeling that it might be settings.
we'll see.
i have a non-wireless modem supplied by post office,
plugged into bt phone-line.
