any mail-readers?

there was a story in the mail friday.
a man driven mad by next door neighbours barking dog,
he recorded it,
then played it back to her at full volume until 3.00. in the morning,
( i thought about doing that )
anyway,
the neighbour took him to court,
his behaviour,
HIS BEHAVIOUR ffs,
was deemed to be unreasonable,
the court is considering the case,
and he must return at a later date to face their judgement/and punishment.

Sounds like the bloke is a bit of a mentalist, Eric. I could understand it if the dog was a problem, but the bloke seems to try to antagonise it and is a bit of a noisy fucker himself.

He's on the right, with two cars on the "lawn", apparently, along with a boat. He's only a mattress and a fridge short of having the set. Why does he have five cars if he lives alone?
