something along the lines of,,,,

"flood control is in operation here,please wait 10 seconds before posting".

If you try to post in quick succession sometimes, it tells you to hang fire a mo, Eric. Might be twice in a minute, not sure in that I can't remember, not in that I'm making it up

it's a feature to stop people 'flooding' a forum with hundreds of replies, it restricts people to only so many posts per minute

imagine if it didn't exist and brad decided he wanted to hold the enter button down when posting pics of his arse
