well,the snow came.

it's not exactly knee deep,
but it's enough for me.

still fuck all in london, loads of frost, freezing and the roads are being gritted but the powdery stuff hasn't showed yet

Had another 2 inches overnight here and sky turning grey again ....i expect i'll have the two younger kids at home because of school closures after today.

i have some awful childhood memories of feeling quite wretched because of cold,but now,i'm the last person to pile the clothes on at work.

I reckon its because the staff / teachers who sometimes have a return trip of over 80 miles are the problem. When i was a kid most of the teachers lived within about a 10 mile radius

you got teachers travelling 80 miles?

same here boat.they all live in the Peak Disrict now, and we know how bad it gets there.
