im so fed up

I just cant get into the Christmas spirit.Even with the snow and going round the Christmas Market yesterday has no effect.I used to love the run up to Christmas , but now I dont give a toss.

Im trying to get into the christmas spirit but failing miserably.
Im off for four days now but on call all over christmas.
Going to spend some quality time with the kids over the next few days and hopefully i dont get called out christmas day.
Went to my dad's after work earlier and i couldnt wait to get away from there,usually love the sunday before christmas round there.

Had a few fosters and a couple of glasses of wine and feeling better now.
Meeting my wife for dinner after work on weds with the kids and will drop a few prezzies off and cheer up.

Same here. The run-up has been spectacularly shit for me. Doesn't help by being on a Saturday either, somehow

xmas does have a shitty feel about it this year

s.a.d. and the current financial state of the nation and the buggery caused by the snow/ice is getting people down, most people should click into the swing of things by friday night and be jolly as fuck till at least sunday, imo - festive fun and food should work on most people

i don't take any notice of it.

it's just a few days off work for me.
