new year was little tough
had few days off so im on good form

lost 2kg, walking about 5 k daily, and 12-15 at weekends.

need to go docs and get my health form signed then I can register
im on hols next week so made an appointment for "health check" end of month, once thats done I am commited.

Quiet really choo. Wouldnt say i was intoxicated the whole festive period, and unlike you ive probably put on at least 7lbs

Chesscube.com....it puts me in the top 500 over 60's bullet players in Britain.

It's not real chess, it's more like an arcade game at that speed.
