Porridge

It's rare I'll eat breakfast but I have to say, the past couple of weeks I've been rather partial to a nice, hot bowl of porridge.

It was one of my New Year's resolutions to eat breakfast more often, so I'm pleased I have done.

i know thet always say you should make time for breakfast, i never do unless its a macs

It's not that I don't enjoy breakfast when I have it, it's more the fact that I'm not often hungry so early in the morning.

Lots of sugar as well - can't be too good for me, surely?

Put honey in the porridge...just as sweet but twice as tasty.

I'm usually adverse to trying anything new when it comes to food.
