Really? How can an inanimate law be responsible for a sixteen-year-old playing poker on an offshore-based website? I'm going to guess the existence of a medium to bet and the existence of a sixteen-year-old are more to blame.
That aside, I would welcome increased regulation if it goes far enough. At that point the government can take over IBAS, and while we're at it, regulate the PCC and IPCC. And any other cuntish self-regulatory authority for that matter.
