It DOES work on seesaw.com Trainwoman!!...I've just done it.
What you do is this Sheila....download the expat shield then when you want to go to a site showing British tv, current or catch up, you click on the expat desktop icon and it opens a browser window in which it tells you your ip number and then changes it...when it says 'connected' type in the url you want and the tv will work in that window.

when did it stop working, have you tried a system restore?

it works on siobhan`s laptop, just not on my computer ARRGH!!

i got it working
i know fuck all about puters n stuff so i`m quite proud of myself for getting it to work
only took me the best part of the day to figure it out though
