How many of your moves in 1 min chess are pre moves?

I have a mad black opening and a mad white opening, both completely unorthodox involving material sacrifice as you've noticed, for positional advantage. I'd never get away with it in games of any more than one minute. I also play very fast which helps.....most of my victories are on time.
I win around 48% of my games and it's seen me ranked as high as 2085 which is some going for an old cunt of 62 against younger, faster brains!
