What's in Spock's scanner?

Still having major internet problems here, had the open reach engineer at 8am this morning did some checks and my end seems ok , something to do with PPPs keep dropping, he said theyve had to alter everyones profile at my exchange to give them some service while its sorted, 350ks is about the best i can get but its forever hanging and timing out. So youtube is a no no for me at the moment.
