do Chinamen eat lamb? I never see it in their recipe books or restaurants.

It struck me as odd if they dont, as they will usually eat anything that moves like insects and snakes etc

Yes Kit, Lamb is very, very popular. Especially in Sichuan dishes.

Most Sichuan dishes are quite hot and spicy Kit.
However, the main ingredient is usually lamb.
They also do things like skewered kebabs.
Very tasty.
