The new Sweeney movie

One of my guilty pleasures is going to bed on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm to watch reruns of The Sweeney on ITV 4 , followed by a little snooze.

The originals are so fucking good, I can't imagine watching a modern version, doomed to fail imo

not watched that for years hehe

my son liks stuff like that.he even watched Mission Impossible, the ones always set in a banana republic

Got the sweeny box set about a year ago off Amazon was very cheap i remember for all the series. Quality show and its nice to view just to go down memory lane. Cant see a new film having that 80s feel tbh kit

I like watching old british black and white films of the 50's and 60's.it takes me back to a happier time I suppose.

assuming denis waterman isn't in it or singing the theme tune, who will play regan and carter?

hard to imagine statham won't be in there somewhere, cameos for david jason, vinnie jones and maybe michael caine?
