tonights dinner thread!
cant be arsed cooking so slung some spareribs in the oven

well,
at the weekend i just fry down a couple of onions,
fine'ishly chopped.
and bung in a few tins.
carrots,peas,beans,mushrooms,sultanas,a pepper,
bit of mince maybe,
or just a tin of mince and onion/steak & kidney,whatever.
knock out a few jacket spuds.
a saucepan full of spring greens,
and that'll keep me going until monday night.

wouldn't mind a good session myself.

being a coeliac,
chip-shop fish and chips is one of the few treats that i miss.

Can you not get around it and do your own gluten-free version, Eric? Not the same but even in my darkest hours, I'd always take a fish and the consequences
