i love savoy cabbage.

the spring cabbage is starting to look a bit sorry for itself.

Does it not stand a pickling, raw, Eric? I always feel cooked cabbage has the same attraction to me as lawn clippings but pickled red in particular is an asset to any table.

what's the stuff the germans have?

i can't have the vinegar,
it's malt. Rolling Eyes

Start at coleslaw, Eric. Carrots, cabbage, mayo, great with cheese, my other half will vouch.

Pickled red cabbage, though, supreme salad ingredient
