i'm impressed.

i e-mailed bt in the week,
about phone line hanging down from the eaves at the back of our house.
i recieved e-mailed,voice-mail,and text response within minutes.
they gave me a phone number.
bt outreach.

i phoned outreach less than 2 hours ago.
they put it through to my local engineers,
and an engineer has just left my house.
job done.

shock and amazement.

makes a change to have things sorted straight away
