waiting for the week to begin,

of emptiness,
loneliness,
nothingness,
pointlessness.

what a fkn waste.

some people are simply not meant to be of this life.
so why does society decree that we must live it?
you have life thrust upon you.

oh aren't you lucky.

no i'm not getting angry,
i can't be bothered to get angry.
but he blows his knows,
and you could pick him out at wembley.
sounds like one of those cartoon elephants trumpeting.

and y'know.
he,and all of my wife's lot,
they think so highly of themselves.

i've pissed more brain-cells than they posess.
and i'm not clever by any stretch of the imagination.

maybe i'll end up in a nut-house.
apparently,
there are suicides,
and insanity in my ancestry.
i don't have the balls for option (a).
but (b),i wonder about.

and all i can do,
is retire to my bunker,
and hope,
for something,

ANYTHING!

a break ffs.

but good things don't come looking do they?

you have to get out there,
make,
and take,
your own breaks.



i just want to crawl into my bed,
and stay there.
sleep for the next tens years or something.

Just keep on batting eric, there's a life there somewhere for you. You are in control of your own destiny. How the footy going btw?

boat,
i don't feel as though i have a destiny,
i relinquished any control that i may have had years ago.
there is no tomorrow,
just another day.
and another.
and another.
i'm on a treadmill mate.
and i'm slowly running out of steam.

trouble is,
there just doesn't seem to be any point to it all.

i see a day fast approaching,
when i'll just refuse to get up.
won't have the strength or the will-power,
to carry on.
and it scares me,
it really does.
because then what?

hopefully,
if i'm lucky,
i shall be taken into care.
a rest-home with internet access maybe.
my dream.
not joking.
and i'm not laughing.

the football?
i was drawing a few quid for a while.
took one or two un-necessary chances,
it turned around and bit me.
and now it's rebuild time.
well.
trying to rebuild.

top teams can't "not win" very often,
or elsethey wouldn't be top teams.
