Went to the docs today

All bad news.
High BP 151/101 high cholestral high sugar and fatty liver.
15st 3lbs (im 5' 11) so a drastic lyfestyle change is needed.
Have a week off this week but next monday has to be the start of the new me,if only for my kids sake.
Smoking drinking has to stop.

Because of my heart attack and because I'm suffering left ventricular impairment I am on Ramipril (an ACE Inhibitor), Congescor (a Beta Blocker), Aspirin, Valium and a diuretic. I am also supposed to be on a statin but I refuse to take it as it's a dangerous drug.
The above concoction keeps my BP at a regular 110/70 with a pulse of 72.
I have to check it twice a day.

Had a result at the dentist only needed a clean.
When i got in there he started telling me about how he was struggling with his 2 kid's private school fees.
Thought i was gonna need loads of treatment and get a bill for a grand at the end.

To be fair though im nhs and he only charged me and my wife 17 quid each for a check up and clean.

i let mouth get in a bad way over the years.
then i sorted myself out.
had about 9 out a few years ago,
and have check-ups every 6 months now.
i haven't got many,
but the ones i do have are good.
