Can't really comment on American justice as it's an oxymoron but were I to have a bet, I would and I'd know where I'd put it. I doubt that bet could ever be settled, though. It's like the potential crime and the reckoning are two totally separate entities without link. Which (expecting Tony now) would in their eyes justify Bradley Manning being more important than Peyton or Eli.
