i think i've had a pretty decent sleep,
and might just go do some shopping.
what i usually get from morrison's on wednesdays can be got anytime.
tinned stuff,porridge etc.
so i could do that todayand not bother tmorra.
porridge first though.
it looks cold out.

Porridge is fucking horrendous.

i could live on it.
that and jacket-spuds.
so nutritious,
so cheap,
so easy to make.
so filling.
and even I can't fuck them up.

and i might just fuck off back to bed.

i have three days in wich to make two shopping-trips.
