i certainly wouldn't look back.

my life is so full of sadness.

i'm sorry,
that's not fair.
i know it.

but,
i get so desperate sometimes.

and now,
it's time to log-out,
switch off,
and lie down for a few minutes.

i always lie on our bed,
in the dark,
after dinner.
i'm able to relax,
and prepare myself,
mentally.

it works for me.

not really,
just close my eyes and have 20 minutes of quiet contemplation.
or just clear my mind.
de-clutter,
so far as one is able in this life.
