I pickle my own onions.
I use malt vinegar, chopped chillis. dill and mustard seeds.
I eat 'em 3 weeks after pickling when they still crunch.

i always liked mine soft.

never really like any vegies,
or fruit,
crunchy.

Very hot and spicy......so nice with Strong cheese and ice cold beer.
