camphor,i want to know more,your thoughts please.

muscle rubs that contain camphor,
like tiger balm.
DO seem to help my aches and pains
the effects where off of course.
but i DO love that cooling sensation.
and i love the smell.
they hate it.
i have windows open right now.

SO:
CAMPHOR/CAMPHOR OIL.
a great inflammatory apparently.
i didn't know that.

I need to find out more.
it seems that you CAN overdose with that stuff .
said to be good for depression and all kinds of shit.

but i mustn't rush into this.
a cream/rub/salve/or something,
with plenty of camphor.

and also,
on a lighter note;
i've always loved the smell of mixed peel.
you know,
the stuff that you put in cakes.
well,
i'm gonna get a tub for the bunker.
freshen the place up a bit.
maybe even freshen ME up,
a little bit.

any thoughts or recommendations you guys?

i COULD ask for advice at my local boots of course.

I don't know about that .....The cider I drink has as many health benefits as a glass of red wine.

Dilute the oil with an inert oil, Eric. Less concentrated, you get the benefits without being poisoned.

Sump oil is ideal....or used chip fat.

I could send you 1 months supply of Lyrica (Pregabalin) supposed to be the big new drug for pain management. Can also be used as a party drug like E if your into raving
