my understanding was that it was a programe that pretended to be genuine, saying i had a worm that was after my bank and other details etc.to solve this, i had to buy an antivirus thingy me bob.when i tried to run defender, avg or a download specificlly to get rid of it, it blocked it.so off to the menders overnight.

i just hope they dont snoop
