Try this for a delicious snack

Put some Encona hot chilli sauce in a pitta bread.
Fry some chopped kidneys, onions and mushrooms in a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
Put them in the pitta and eat.
Fucking sensational.

Had it again yesterday with a cold cider.
Spunked halfway through.

Sprouts, boiled enough to take a mashing, fried lardons and a blob of creme fraiche. Mix.

Fucking aces. I'm not a 'ribs and cabbage' eater (long tradition here, as you probably have too,Tone. With butter beans) but this is effectively a version of the same. Had it with a salmon fillet baked with shallots and a dash of Hendo's. Would gladly have it again
