I'm alive.....I've been traumatised by the last 7 months but as each week passes my wife says I am slowly becoming the person I used to be.

We're all ill, She. Tone has one particularly huge problem that he's been dealing with whereas I have half a dozen things of varying severity going on.

We can't bring our "A" game at the minute because we don't have one..

Oh how right you are Bert.

Sadly, I wish you were right about me dealing with one specific thing.
I also have to deal with neuropathic pain all over my body, severe arthritis everywhere, a hernia, gout, kidney stones, psoriasis, a temporal mandibular problem that has dislocated my jaw, cervical spondylosis, perichondritis on both ears, coccydynia, an anal fissure and IBS so bad I dread eating. I have also developed Posterior vitreous detachment in both eyes.
And don't forget my heart failure and the side effects of all the drugs I take for that.
I find life very, very difficult nowadays.

Jesus, Tone - I know my way about no end of conditions (through knowing and dealing with other people) and you've thrown at least 3 curve balls at me in that.  A fissure alongside IBS is particularly nasty in terms of comfort because the way to ease one would fuck up the other worse and vice versa.  Are you osteo or rheumatoid, because it sounds like you have immune system problems and that would point to rheumatoid for me.
