That's it, though
- grill the two puddings (or dry-fry them)
- fried bacon is shit; grilled, though, it's bacon cooked in bacon fat - uncut and pure, fuck the nitrites
- sausages are always better baked
- eggs I could fry in as little fat as possible but I'd not bellyache at poached, not in the slightest

I've never been a fat-worshipper (fat cunt, yes...) but recognise that pork crackling is magic where bacon rind isn't and fish fried in batter should be fried in batter and not still fucking swimming in it. I pick my battles...
