Lukaku always strikes me as a bit of a flat track bully, Tone, and you can win the golden boot by not getting knocked out (the number of players who won it in the 3rd/4th final is surprising - Forlan/Muller in a four-way tie, Klose, Suker [who managed 6 singles], Stoichkov in a share, Schillaci, Lato, Der Bomber, Eusebio, which is eight since '66).
