Day off work today (holiday), so nice long weekend for me. Getting my hair cut and coloured for free then going in to town to buy clothes for my party tomorrow.

Well i'm placing a few bets for this afternoons racing before i go for a roll on the green later. Bev is having her hair done at dinnertime. I'll get Ellie from primary at 315 and sort tea between maybe some more bets. Perhaps a sneaky flirt/ rampant sex at some point if we get the chance.

ive got my grandson.i dont have him often, but he is tiring.

Its handy if they have a mate, then they play together imo, leaving you just to watch over with your feet up.

Quiet day at home, going to lie about and do as little as possible. Been a funny week for me, on retrospect.

I have to do some shopping but im not taking an umberella, if I turn into shirley temper than so be it.

You're probably right on both counts Bert. Going to be weird as my son is now 18 and will be coming out with us for a while.

The egg custard thing is an Alexei Sayle observation about Camden that you can buy anything from an Alsatian to crack cocaine and sex within two minutes of your front door but you have to go to the likes of Middlesbrough to get a decent egg custard. "You might be able to get a Portuguese nata but it just isn't quite there..."

He wont stay out with usfor long maybe an hour, and no I wont be on my best behaviour.
