Chips, He as always done it at club level but unfortunately not for England. Capello has to take some blame too imo

Put the one above right now. England cannot tie with Algeria and go through, lots or otherwise, as that would need an England loss, Algeria draw and that puts Slovenia through as winners with a 3x drawing USA in second.
Amusingly, they could draw lots for bottom if England lose by one and Algeria draw, scoring one more than England in doing so.
