It's that half-hearted a notion (fucking Blair) that it doesn't even lend itself to a proper name.
Blair maintained that he was a Social Democrat.
They could call it Cuntism or Pretentionism, I suppose. Essentially it would be a Socialist shop front with Conservative wares inside on the shelves and the shopkeeper would be a government minister appointed by Tesco.
