There is always the issue of fair comment as well - on a forum that is a few stages back in the evolutionary process from other fora, there is a boy called Paul whose obsession with things which are illegal and underage are frequently posted for the delectation of a few and the misery of one or more. Remarks about that and how, for example, he used to revere the image of a fifteen-year-old American girl in a state of undress aren't libellous when he did it.

Libel always has a set total of two winners as well - the prosecuting and defending lawyers. Not a game for the web pauper on Facebook, I'd have thought.
