here we go again.
just spent 16 hours in bed,
and got up aching like hell,
back was breaking,
16 hours too long i suppose.

gotta find a stronger flavour,
to challenge the c.l.o.
wifey says "ginger jam or jelly".

all this "good for you"business,
i wonder sometimes.

will be feeling fine before i get to work,
just getting to work,
gets things moving.
it's a drag though.
i'm too old for this shit.
me and a million others.

trouble is,it's all i got,
can't see anything else.
just more of the same,
nothing to aim for,
or hope for,
the treadmill,that is life.
my life.

yeah,i know,
get off your arse,
and do something about it.

time to switch on,
get toasting,
have some dinner,
do my pack-up,
wife'll be home soon.
then wait for work-time.
