and taking revenge.

cos it's small guy's fault.
in this world of inequality.
of "the haves",and "have-nots".
the clever and not so clever,
where possesion is nine tenths.

that the dogs are ferral,
roaming,unchecked,
emotionally scarred,
unable to socialise.
it's not their fault.

peaking from behind curtains,
not seeing,nor hearing,
looking the other way.
and soon enough,they'll breed,
the next pack,i know nothing.

monkeys indeed.

Have come round to thinking that in this country, the three wise monkeys would be rationalised by government into one monkey in soundproofed ear muffs with his hands over his mouth and his eyes superglued closed "for cost, fuck cruelty".

This would be considered the most effective use of resources. And then someone would waterboard it.

Lower than private sector wages (averages in each differ by over £40 a week) and average civil service pension is less than £80 a week.
