off to work, shitty meetings and shitty people to deal with the rest of this week, there's a pay-off on the table and though it's not as much as it could be i think i'll throw an application in to see the exact numbers, days like this make it seem attractive even though it isn't sensible to think about it - the prospect of not having to worry about work or bills for a year or two isn't completely terrible but who wants to be competing for work again...

Morning all, Not much on today might nip into town later as i want some new thermals for this winter bowling lark, i was fucking freezing the other night. Also Bev and i will taking the little un into town at tea time as Peppa Pig is switching on the Barnsley town centre Christmas lights, and then they bang on about saving public money and staff redundancies ffs.....oh wait. i'm starting to talk like Ebenezer Scrooge
