They could approach the kids rather than the symptom, Eric. It's like sorting the problem light out on the dashboard by unscrewing the bulb. Doesn't affect the problem, just makes it harder to see.

If they want to stop kids drinking on the cheap, then hit them in the pocket and shame them in some fashion in front of their peers. They'll soon stop.

How it will be stopped by telling me if I want to buy a bottle of Becks, Poacher's Choice, Vodka or a box of liqueur chocolates, they have to calculate its price with a slide rule, I don't know.
