i've set up a twice weekly delivery and might stick to it if it's okay, one of my resolutions for this year was to be more healthy anyway

Dont go for roasted or salted nuts, only raw, Dried fuit is often very high sugar except gojjis

Organic Cocoa nibs is choc full of good stuff , mixes nice with a few gojjis as a nibble.
