Great idea Dexter...I'm off to the sea front later....My bike is in the beach hut, I'll be riding along the prom.

just got back....basically chilled out on my mountain bike near the river mersey for an hour..had to get back to help my dad later but i was basically trying out the pickerings paster bike run sitting near the mersey chilling out was very good.....i shall repeat this performence more often, a good bike ride...
