Bolton striker Ivan Klasnic will not face charges relating to an alleged rape last October, Greater Manchester Police have said.
The Croatia star, expected to face Fulham in the FA Cup today, was arrested and later twice given bail after police received a report that a 17- year-old girl had been raped in Manchester city centre.
Last night, Greater Manchester Police confirmed: 'A 30-year-old man arrested on suspicion of rape (Klasnic turned 31 in January) will face no further action.'
