It's a toughie, Choo, simply because there are so many frames.

I shrank it and so forth and got it to 134kb but that's still twice too big.

Cat's got knowledge in this area as well. You can reduce gif sizes by reducing colours and size and shedding frames. Could be doable but would need a bit of scrambling. Abdul may have a clue or two as well.

Hope the overs/unders are treating Cat well
