He was taking to the shelter this morning
Hes now been cleaned up and is ready to be adopted.
I really wanted to foster him , but someone from the shelter has him.
here he is after a vets check and several washes:

Hes been adopted 
Good stuff, he was only in his foster home for 1 day... went to his new forever home.
Little guy may have had a bad start, but hes found a good loving home.
