Ive sent frasier an email to the original account he first signed up the first time tony left, obviously if it was was frasier he will reply.

I'm then prepared to let the forum decide in a poll to decide either way on what happens and it seems fair to me to do this.

If he happens to win a vote and get access i'd like to think we could all get along in a construcive way without and nasty personal jibes and anyone leaving as that seems the fairest way to me. Obviously if there's no reply to the email ive just sent then the right decision was made as there was no way of knowing for sure it was frasier.

Fair comment eric and thats what i did..... but when your faced with not knowing for sure who it was and bert and tony threatening to leave you act accordingly. This way we can be at sure its frasier we are dealing with.

FWIW Ive just activated an account (whocares) and will apply your chosen method.
