It really was awful today for Mrs Duffy (Gordon calling her a bigot)
She is not a bigot, she lives in Rochdale and made a perfectly understandable selection of complaints , most of them rather socialist (about pensions and student fees).
She then brought up the issues of Eastern European immigration, something I guess is much more of an issue in Rochdale , than the Westminster village.
The woman is a life long Labour supporter.
This is a defining moment in this election imo.
Poor Gillian Duffy , two coppers on her door and press all over her street.
The ultimate socialist betrayal in my opinion.

I would have a hotline to max clifford, I hope she gets some cash out of it, looking at her council house, and the derelict house next door, she is hardly rolling in cash!

i think he's got egg on his face that will stay there as longs as Prescotts did . I'd have thought more of him if he'd said it to her face.

Less deniable, though, Kit. At least Jack Straw could say "it's not my party, I was on stage"

It doesn't at the minute, Kit. I haven't voted in a GE since 1992 (you may calculate certain elements from that... )
Will not be voting Conservative - leaflet produced in Guildford, I am not even close to Guildford.
Will not be voting Labour - twat
One other splinter has leafleted and wants to beat my kids in school as one of his four manifesto points. He can fuck right off.
Still unconvinced, might end up voting to see if I can save someone's £500

I always vote , its not that I dont agree with a "no vote" , its just I disagree with those who do not engage

I couldn't vote for someone on the grounds he's not as bad as the rest in the same way I don't buy albums titled "The Least Worst of..."
There's a valuable career ahead where no results are required for five years for someone. I won't give that to someone who I don't believe warrants it.

It has become a very long trough to accommodate 650 snouts, Kit.
I'd vote for a constituency MP if I could believe it but I don't see it. It's all magical promises of troops returning and keeping out Poles, neither of which will happen - one because there is too much invested in it and the other because it's illegal.
